To return the product, the following conditions must be met:

Right of Withdrawal:

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, with its original packaging and seal intact.
• The return section on the invoice must be fully completed and signed, and if available, the delivery note must be included.
• Products customized for the individual cannot be returned.
• If the return is made through our partnered courier, there will be no shipping fee.

Return Process and Refund:

• The returned product will be inspected for compliance, and the process will be finalized within 1-15 days.
• If the product meets the return conditions, your payment will be refunded within 10 days at the latest, via the original payment method. (Cash refunds are not available.)
• If the product is damaged or has lost value, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.

Special Cases:

For transactions of a commercial nature, returns will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchased, you can submit an exchange request within 14 days to refunds@nfcsnapcase.com by providing photos of the product you wish to exchange.

Once your request is approved, the products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact and unused, within 7 business days.

After we verify that the product meets the exchange conditions, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your exchange. Following the approval email, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

If the product you return does not comply with the exchange conditions, we will contact you, and based on your preference, the product will be sent back to your address via cash-on-delivery shipping.

Important Notes:

• If you benefited from the free shipping option and your cart total drops below 1200 TL after the return, a 45 TL shipping fee will be charged.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted products.
• For defective products, the shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by the SELLER. For non-defective products, the exchange shipping cost will be the responsibility of the BUYER.
• The return shipping fee is 45 TL, which will be borne by the customer.
• The seller is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.

No, creating an account is not mandatory to place an order. You can also place orders as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and take advantage of exclusive promotions.

Your invoice will be included in the package delivered with your order. It will be sent to the delivery address specified during checkout along with the product.
